About Wing Chun

Wing Chun Kung Fu was developed by a Buddhist nun named Ng Mui and her disciple Yim Wing Chun some 400 years ago. The system consists of three 'empty hand' forms, a wooden dummy form and two weapons forms. Practice includes two person drills and footwork.  Here is an interesting film about Ng Mui, the founder of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
