Enjoy an hour of Kung Fu and Qi Gong practice in Sugarhouse Park. It's free, easy to learn and will bring you great benefits for years to come.
The term Kung Fu means, ' Skill gained through time and practice' and Qi Gong means the cultivation of Life Force energy.
In these one hour sessions we focus on qi energy flow, grounding, meditation through the practice of Siu Lim Tao - the first form of the Wing Chun Kung Fu system. Siu Lim Tao is easy to learn at any age or level of fitness.
If you choose to deepen your Kung Fu practice to include self defense and conditioning you can choose to take the 90 day intensive that starts July, 2023.

About Wing Chun
Wing Chun Kung Fu was developed by a Buddhist nun named Ng Mui and her disciple Yim Wing Chun some 400 years ago. The system consists of three 'empty hand' forms, a wooden dummy form and two weapons forms. Practice includes two person drills and footwork.
